I acquired their services to install a CCTV camera for my shop. I am glad to say that the camera they installed is a great quality product. Main door lock system gave me a tough time since morning and I couldn't leave my house because of it. I wanted to hire a locksmith asap, but so so confused looking at all the options on my web search. After filtering the reviews, I contacted Charley's 24-hour locksmith as their estimates fitted my budget. The expert locksmith did a great job with fixing the faulty deadbolt operation. Best customer service!! Our main doors lock got jammed, so, called the team of Charley's 24hr Locksmith to help us out. They reached the location quickly and fixed the lock issue within a short time. Great work, guys.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I would definitely never use this company again. I was overcharged for the service for no reason. The description of the receipt said $140 and the person who attended me charged me much more than what was written on the invoice ($240). In addition to that, they took almost 3 hours to complete a job that should have lasted less time. And lastly, A TERRIBLE WORK, nothing professional. They completely damaged my house’s door, they left a giant hole and blows on the sides. And finally, as if that were not enough, worst customer service. I called them EVERY day for an entire week so they would give me an explanation of my bill and they only told me that they were going to "call me back" and they never did. I told them to at least come to fix my door and finish doing a good job, because I refused to pay for the door to my residence when it was the company's fault and I had to pay them a huge amount of money for non-professional work. And they never answered me, they only said that they would send someone to fix it. Now I’ve been waiting the guy who was supposed to fix it for a week and guess what? Never happened. So disappointing!
